Chauffeurs are expected to maintain a consistent, elegant and professional appearance. This includes a dark suit (black, navy or dark grey), white shirt, tie, and polished black leather shoes (Oxford or Derby style). Clothing must always be clean, well-fitted and freshly pressed.
During the winter season, chauffeurs are permitted to wear a winter coat in a colour that complements or closely matches the suit (such as black, navy, or dark grey). The coat must be smart, well-tailored, and maintain the same professional standard as the rest of the attire.
A well-groomed appearance is essential. Hair must be neat and regularly maintained, while facial hair must be clean-shaven or professionally groomed. Overall appearance should remain discreet, clean and professional at all times.
Accessories should be kept minimal and understated. An elegant watch or a simple ring is acceptable, while any flashy or distracting items should be avoided. The goal is to maintain a clean and professional overall look.
Chauffeurs are expected to deliver a high level of attentive and discreet service. This includes opening doors, assisting with luggage, and maintaining a calm, polite and proactive approach. The chauffeur presence should be helpful, yet never intrusive.
Communication must always be polite, concise and professional. Chauffeurs should be able to adapt their communication style to each passenger, ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience. A confident and fluent level of English is required to maintain professional communication.
We accept Mercedes-Benz E-Class, EQE or EQS; or BMW 5 Series or i5 (G60, 2024+). These vehicles must be no older than 4 years from the date of first registration. Exterior colour must be black, silver or grey (glossy, not matte).
We accept the Mercedes-Benz S-Class (W223) and BMW 7 Series or i7 (G70, 2023+). These vehicles must be no older than 4 years from the date of first registration. Exterior colour must be black, silver or grey (glossy, not matte).
We accept the Mercedes-Benz V-Class and EQV. Vehicles must be either long or extra-long wheelbase. A child seat and a booster seat must be available at all times for this class. Vehicles must be no older than 4 years from the date of first registration. Exterior colour must be black, silver or grey (glossy, not matte).
